The equipment is commonly used for general surface preparation, including thorough surface cleaning, casting sand removal, and uniform surface texturing ahead of painting and coating procedures.

• Parts are positioned on a rotating table for continuous, stable blasting
• Most standard machines adopt one or two blasting wheels, arranged either overhead or with one top-mounted and one side-mounted wheel

Custom heavy-duty models are available with 6, 8 or 10 blasting wheels, specifically designed for processing oversized castings and large steel structures.
